ORDERS & SHIPPING

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process. Once processed, all orders ship within 1-3 business days after purchase. For all custom orders please allow 4-6 business days after purchase to have pieces made before shipping. 

*Please note during high season, processing time can be up to 6-10 business days.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders received on weekdays after 12 pm EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged products that may occur during transit.

If you notice you made a mistake on your order or mailing address after it has been processed, please contact us immediately using our contact form or email us at shopdlob@gmail.com so we can fix it before the package is dispatched.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At DLOB all of our pieces are handcrafted to every detail. Unfortunately we do not accept returns making all products final sale.
